For ranking your your websites in search engines high, either through quality content or forum marketing, you have to agree with our standard terms and conditions. By availing our services, you are entering in agreement with us, in accordance with the terms and conditions given below:

Definitions

The Client: An individual or a company who intends to hire the services of UniSeoContent.

UniSeoContent: Owner of UniSeoContent or an employee.

Services: Services means all services offered byUniSeoContent

General Conditions

  • Prior to accepting any assignment, we require the clients to enter into an agreement with us, either by email, fax or telephone.
  • The client must have attained the age of 18 years or above.
  • The turnaround time will be calculated from the date of order confirmation.
  • Make sure that all requisite information for the execution of projects is delivered at the time of order confirmation.
  • The clients have to pay the full project cost at the time of order confirmation, unless specified in the agreement.
  • If the clients’ website contains any material which is unsolicited, illegal pornographic, immoral, unethical or likely to cause offense or damage for UniSeoContent’s reputation, then the agreement will be terminated in single notice.
  • We can legally and ethically make no guarantee or promise, our tested processes combined with past experience can give your website the best chance to rank well in Search Engines for specific keyword phrases that we target.



Payment

We accept online credit cards payments via 2checkout. We do not accept payment via other merchant’s account. Our customers can also process the payment through Wire Transfer, direct deposit, cheques.

Refund Policy

UniSeoContent does not offer refund to clients, except in certain cases, if a client, due to unavoidable circumstances, intends to cancel the project or projects. We can give a refund for uncompleted Onpage projects.

Important Note

UniSeoContent does not offer any affiliation and reseller programs. We are only undertaking projects on the requests of clients. We require information relating to web promotion only. We never demand from clients information like passwords, or any secret information in an email. It may be noted that UniSeoContent does not take any responsibility, if you give any such type information to anyone and consequently incur any loss.
